Our Process - Providing You
With the Ultimate Protection

At LRC Indoor Testing & Research, the test is only part of the investigation. You can equate our team's study with a doctor trip for yourself. As your doctor would look at and listen to your body, we will do the same with your home.

We’ll start by asking questions and gathering information about your property. Specifics will include your knowledge of and experience with the structure, determining any history of past problems or concerns, such as leaks, floods, etc. We’ll then perform a visual inspection to see if any obvious issues exist. Our team members are highly trained, extremely knowledgeable, and certified in numerous aspects of assessments. You can rest assured they utilize the latest equipment and technological advancements to perform their jobs as thoroughly and professionally as possible.

Our inspections include a series of moisture assessments using superior-quality thermography and moisture meters. If there is a trace of moisture present, our equipment is sure to find it. Data is collected and digitally stored, where it is then tested at our in-house lab. Our skilled lab technicians can quickly interpret the data and produce a report of the inspection results. We’ll then reach out to you to share the results, ensuring that you fully comprehend the findings and articulating them in easy-to-understand language.

We’ll provide you with recommended action to take with suggested remediators and follow up with ongoing guidance and consultations until your issue is completely resolved.
